In 2016, LRS and fixINN teamed up and brought about an innovative services model of integrating the stringing business along with the tech services business. (London Racquet Stringing) has experienced consistent growth both in the stringing business and tennis coaching. The synergies were self evident as customers got an expanded basket of services. Our customers have seen great value in what we have done and this innovative, disruptive model has grown exponentially over the last 5 years.

Quick turn around, excellent top quality service, choice of multiple drop and pic up locations, professional attitude and good value is what our customers have come to expect from us over the years.

Terms/IMPORTANT:

Unless you telling us, strung rackets not collected within 2 weeks will be returned to head office. >4+ weeks storage: £5 charge, then £3/month. After 4 months storage we reserve the right to dispose of the racquets. Not happy with your freshly strung stings?: This does rarely happens as we only use top quality strings from the most reputable brands, and top electronic machines. Nethertheless It can occasionally happen that the set up you have chosen is not the right one for you or your racket (...) and/or some breackrage occurred. Please do tell us within 7 days from purchasing, with a picture taken from your phone or come to our shop to organise a restring either free in full or partial, at our discretion. Refunds are within 6 days of purchase for the same matters (i.e strings broke), at our discretion.
